No. We do not store, collect, or transmit any data you enter into our calculators. All calculations are performed entirely within your own browser using JavaScript. Once you close or refresh the page, the data is gone. We have no access to it at any point. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Our tools use established medical formulas — such as the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for calorie calculation and the WHO BMI classification system — and are designed to produce estimates in line with clinical guidelines.
